Media Classifier
- Automatic Oversize (trash) removal via screen deck with piston type pneumatic vibrator.
- Adjustable orifice, air wash separator.
- Optional Magnetic drum with air or hydraulic motor drive to separate non-ferrous material from steel blast media
- Double Dump Gate (DDG) with pneumatic actuators and automatic controls for continuous grit discharge.
- Vacuum inlet with rubber lining to protect unit from abrasive wear.
- Access platform with access ladder and railing for fall protection during routine inspections
- 8" size adapter installed on dirty air outlet of Classifier for hose connection to Dust Collector
- 4" and 6" size connectors provided for Suction Inlet of Classifier
- Telescoping support frame for 3', hydraulic powered elevating kit with control valve.
