Engine & Drive Train
- 280 HP Cummins or equal diesel power unit for continuous duty operation
- Splash lubricated w/ oil cooler
- 12 Volt DC control system with High Temperature & Low Oil pressure shutdowns
- 130 gallon capacity fuel tank with mechanical level guage
- 60 Amp, 12 volt DC alternator to provide control power to devices
- Engine/Blower throttle speed control via cable near instrument panel.
- Power - take - off (PTO) with manual engage/disengage shifting, clutch support plate

Hydraulic System
- Single vane, hydraulic pump driven by engine PTO
- 40 gallon capacity fluid reservoir / heat exchanger
- Return line filter installed in reservoir
- Hydraulic devices are manually operated with spool valve control.
Vacuum Pump (Blower)
- Positive Displacement blower designed for suction of dry steel grit from up to 800 feet away.
- Intake Filter/Silencer and Discharge silencer installed for noise control
- Temperature gauge on blower discharge stack to monitor temperature rise
- Splash Lubricated vacuum pump
- 12-Volt DC solid state controls with automatic safety controls and shutdown.
- Variable compensating vacuum up to 27 in. Hg.
Media Classifier
- Automatic Oversize (trash) removal via screen deck with piston type pneumatic vibrator.
- Adjustable orifice, air wash separator.
- Optional Magnetic drum with air or hydraulic motor drive to separate non-ferrous material from steel blast media
- Double Dump Gate (DDG) with pneumatic actuators and automatic controls for continuous grit discharge.
- Vacuum inlet with rubber lining to protect unit from abrasive wear.
- Access platform with access ladder and railing for fall protection during routine inspections
- 8" size adapter installed on dirty air outlet of Classifier for hose connection to Dust Collector
- 4" and 6" size connectors provided for Suction Inlet of Classifier
- Telescoping support frame for 3', hydraulic powered elevating kit with control valve.
